The Construction Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance team, ensuring efficient and effective operations. This position requires a pro-active leader who can manage maintenance activities, coordinate with other trades and customers, and uphold our core values with every task.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to achieve scope completion
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
- Monitor and maintain equipment and job sites as required
- Coordinate with other trades and customers to address maintenance needs and prioritize tasks
- Manage budgets, resources, and inventory effectively to optimize maintenance operations
- Report on maintenance activities and performance metrics to senior management
- Use of spreadsheets, email, and company technology to effectively communicate with customers and record data and estimating of minor projects
Qualifications:
- Journeyman Carpenter certification preferred
- Experience in interior and residential carpentry
- Knowledge of general construction
- Experience in construction maintenance in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach
- Valid driver's license
- Security background check will be requested
